General Terms and Conditions

Unless otherwise agreed, our general terms and conditions apply to all the legal services we offer our clients.

Legal assistance:
When we agree to take on a case, Trolle Law will advise you on the most important elements of our legal assistance, if these are not already evident.

We commit to you as a client to deliver qualified legal assistance, provided on time and to the extent that has been agreed.

All attorneys at Trolle Law are appointed by the Ministry of Justice of Denmark and are members of the Danish Bar and Law Society, Kronprinsessegade 28, 1306 Copenhagen K.

All work is performed in accordance with the Code of Conduct set by the Danish Bar and Law Society, the regulations for attorneys contained in the Danish Administration of Justice Act, and other applicable legislation, including the Law on Prevention of Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism, which means that Trolle Law is under obligation to obtain and store identity data about clients.

Trolle Law retains all case files in an archive for a minimum of five years from the date of conclusion of the case. Original documents are returned no later than by the conclusion of the case.
